Sponja

Sponja is an AI tool that connects to your Zoom webinars, analyzes the chat conversations to score attendee buyer intent, and automatically drafts personalized follow-up emails to help you convert attendees into customers.

You connect your Zoom account once. Sponja then automatically picks up and analyzes your webinars, workshops, or demos as soon as they end, with no manual uploads required.

Currently, Zoom is the primary supported platform. The website roadmap mentions future support for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

Its AI reads chat messages in context, looking for specific buying signals like questions about pricing, payment methods, team size, or approved budgets to calculate an intent score from 0 to 100.

It includes segment-by-segment engagement scoring (e.g., for opening, main content, Q&A), showing where audience interest peaked or dropped off, providing insights to improve future events.

Smart lists automatically sort your attendees by their intent score and match them to recommended next steps for your business, such as 'Book a call', 'Buy the product', or 'Nurture sequence'.

Yes, the platform features an 'Ask anything' function where you can query the analyzed event data and get direct answers from Sponja.

The drafted emails are sent directly to your connected Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM, such as Gmail or HubSpot, ready for you to review and send.

Sponja has dedicated pages for Privacy, Terms, and Security, indicating a commitment to data protection. It's advisable to review these policies for specific details.

The website promotes a 'Get Started for Free' option with no credit card required. Specific pricing tiers are not detailed on the homepage; a dedicated pricing page would be needed for full details.
