An AI-powered Chinese metaphysics system built on BaZi (Four Pillars) and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology). A deterministic engine derives your chart with true solar time correction — the same birth data always produces an identical chart. The model explains that structure; it never computes it. Starting age of the luck cycles is measured from the exact interval between the birth moment and the adjacent solar term, to the second. An agent goes further: describe an act

FAQ

FateMaster is an AI-powered Eastern metaphysics platform offering BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) calculators, Ziwei Doushu, I Ching divination, Tarot readings, relationship compatibility, and educational guides.

It applies five birth-time corrections: historical time zones, daylight saving time, true solar time, the zi-hour convention, and the Lichun year boundary, then computes pillars, elements, Ten Gods, symbolic stars, luck pillars, and patterns.

BaZi divides the day by the sun, not the clock. The longitude correction plus equation of time can exceed half an hour, moving a birth into another traditional hour or even day.

Enter the clock time exactly as recorded. The engine handles historical DST rules for 124 countries and regions, including China's 1986-1991 summer time and wartime double summer time.

Yes. The calculator accepts Gregorian and Chinese lunar dates, including leap months, for births from 1900 to 2100. The year pillar still follows the Lichun boundary.

You can still get insights from the Year, Month, and Day pillars. Use your best estimate or try different times to see which reading resonates.

BaZi changes the year pillar at Lichun, the start-of-spring solar term around February 3-5, not at Chinese New Year. Births in that window get the correct pillar.

The zi hour spans 11 pm to 1 am. The traditional school advances the day at 11 pm, while the early/late zi school keeps the day until midnight. FateMaster supports both choices.

BaZi uses the Chinese solar calendar, Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, and Five Elements, rather than planetary positions. It focuses on elemental balance and luck cycles.

BaZi offers insights into favorable timing for career, relationships, and investments. It should be used as one perspective alongside personal experience and professional advice.
